Anticosti Concepts – Return and Exchange Policy

At Anticosti, we are committed to providing our customers with exceptional footwear and a satisfying shopping experience. To maintain the quality and integrity of our products, we have established the following Return and Exchange Policy:

1. No Returns:

We regret to inform our customers that we do not accept returns on footwear purchased from Anticosti. All sales are considered final. This policy is in place to ensure that our customers receive brand-new, unworn products and to adhere to hygiene standards associated with footwear.

2. 7-Day Exchange Policy:

Anticosti Footwear understands that there may be instances where an exchange is necessary. Therefore, we offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of purchase. Within this period, customers may request an exchange for a different size or a replacement for a defective or damaged product.

3. Eligibility for Exchange:

To be eligible for an exchange, the footwear must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. Footwear that shows signs of wear, use, or damage will not be eligible for exchange.

4. Exchange Process:

Customers seeking an exchange must adhere to the following process:

Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the footwear.

Provide proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or invoice).

Clearly specify the reason for the exchange and the desired outcome (e.g., size exchange or replacement).

5. Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the footwear back to Anticosti Footwear for the exchange. Anticosti Footwear will cover the shipping costs associated with sending the replacement item to the customer.

6. Exceptions:

Certain circumstances, such as manufacturing defects or errors on our part, may warrant exceptions to the 7-day exchange policy. In such cases, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

7. Refunds:

Refunds will only be issued for defective or damaged products that cannot be replaced. A refund will be processed within 7 (Seven) days of receiving the returned item.

8. Policy Changes:

Anticosti Footwear reserves the right to modify or amend this Return and Exchange Policy at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes through our website or other communication channels.

By making a purchase from Anticosti Footwear, customers acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Return and Exchange Policy.

 

Anticosti Concepts – LayBuy T&Cs:

 

1. Payment Plan:

• The total purchase amount will be divided into four equal monthly payments.

• Payments are advised to be made on monthly basis, starting from the date of the initial deposit.

2. Deposit:

• A minimum deposit of 10% of the total purchase price is required to secure the lay-buy agreement.

• The deposit (10%) is non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

4. Cancellation:

• If the lay-buy is cancelled by the customer, 15% (including deposit fee) of the total amount paid will be retained as a cancellation fee.

• In case of non-payment after a period of four months, we reserve the right to cancel the agreement, and any amount paid may be forfeited as per the cancellation policy.

5. Ownership:

• Ownership of the goods will only transfer to the customer once all payments have been made in full.
